Insulated Sectional Doors
We believe TRU-THERM™ Sectional Doors are the strongest and most reliable insulated sectional door on the market. They are manufactured by TRU-BILT Industries Ltd and are designed to be a strong but cost-effective insulated door. With a large range of configurations and sizes available, up to 4860mmH x 5600mmW (larger doors on request), these doors make the ideal choice for many different locations in the food distribution industry.

Heavy-Duty Door Gear is standard on all TRU-THERM™ Insulated Sectional Doors including 75mm Wheels and Tracks and the double side hinges ensure ease of use in the most rugged environments. Tracks and hinges are also galvanised for premium corrosion resistance. This feature makes the TRU-THERM™ door the most heavy duty insulated sectional door on the market.

Vermin-Proof Seals are fitted to all panel joins, around the door opening and across the bottom. This ensures a weather-tight, airtight and vermin-proof door. 50mm Overlap of door panel onto door opening is standard on all TRU-THERM™ Insulated Sectional Doors. This is important to keep the insulating values up and is often overlooked by some door manufacturers. When fitted with the TRU-BILT double seal system and extra overlap, TRU-THERM™ sectional doors can be used on banana ripening rooms.

TRU-THERM™ Sectional Doors tracks can be configured to suit your particular application. The various track configurations consist of Standard Lift, High Lift, Vertical Lift, and also 'Follow-the-Roof-Pitch' where required. A range of Motor Kits can be fitted to all TRU-THERM™ doors. The motor options include a basic hold-to-run controller, a multi-mode logic controller or a fully programmable PLC and VSD combination. Other accessories can be added including radio remotes, radar activation, magnetic loop detectors and safety photo beams.
