Blast Freezer Doors

The TRU-GLIDE™ Door, most commonly used in blast freezers and blast chillers, are a single piece door with high insulation values. These doors face rigorous and harsh working conditions demanding reliability, endurance, safety and ease of operation. TRU-BILT has developed its own concept with each of these points taken into consideration. TRU-BILT's TRU-GLIDE™ Doors have proven themselves over the years with the unique drive system continuing to stand up to the extreme environments encountered. Safety is a large factor in operating heavy doors and all TRU-BILT doors are precisely counter-balanced for minimal stress on the drive system. A heavy duty three phase motor combined with a Variable Speed Drive (VSD) contributes to the smooth and reliable working of the TRU-GLIDE™ Door. The VSD eliminates any undue stress to the motor and the drive system, prolonging the door life. Galvanised door gear is standard on all TRU-GLIDE™ Doors. This will ensure that your door will not corrode prematurely and last a full service life.
